Our reactors feature 316 Stainless Steel construction, operate under full vacuum, and include heating and cooling systems. Nitrogen & Argon are piped to reactors and packaging areas. We charge materials from bulk, drum, tote, and bags. Additionally, we employ inline filtration (10-800µ) and jacketed draw-off lines.
Our production reactors include 4,000 Gal (2), 3,600 Gal (4), 1,250 Gal (2), and 700 Gal. For scale-up purposes, we use reactors of 500 Gal, 250 Gal, 25 Gal, 15 Gal, and 5 Gal capacity.
